Prime Mascot 2BR + Pool, Gym & Sauna Access

Good clean modern appartment with gym/pool and plenty of food options around, good value Positive: The hosts instructions where to collect the key were straight forward (albeit there was a bit of over-communications, even). The building and its surroundings are very modern and new, the building is surrounded by Asian eateries and a very large supermarket (Woolworths) less then5minwalk, nice. We were a bit surprised that 90% of them restaurants are kind'a Fast-Food or take-out, very few felt comfortable to sit in and relax, restaurant-style. Also, if you do not like Asian cuisine, this location might not be for you, there's only one non-Asien option (Italien) in walking distance, just saying :) ... The Metro-subway is 5min walk and then 20min to downtown Sydney, it worked very well for us. We enjoyed the pool/gym/sauna, not crowded (during the day) and nice and clean. We def. would stay there again and can recommend. Negative: Be warned, the Nespresso-style coffee machine is a different brand that uses proprietary pods, the apartment had 4 welcome pods but for that won't last long... We found NO way to buy those, neither Woolworths (which actually have everything, except those) nor convenience stores. We bought one that we thought would fit (looked the same) but didn't. $9 wasted. The appt has no instructions where to buy those (we should have asked host)... So fair warning here, plan ahead. But that's the only thing. There was plenty of washing machine detergent and dishwasher tabs... that was a nice touch.

Great host, beautifully clean spacious property, quiet, close to all amenities & key attractions. Positive: Great location with easy access to shops and to the City. The whole process from host making contact, picking up keys to accessing property and then during the stay nothing was too hard for host to answer. Close to public transport to access other key attractions. Safe area with great coffee shops locally as well. Negative: Access to gym and pool was not straight forward and would have been nice given how long we stayed.

Positive: quiet area, swimming pool Negative: only asian food
