Great Location For Concert Positive: The central location was everything we needed for our event. Very clean and modern. Negative: The bathroom drain was significantly blocked causing the whole bathroom to flood essentially. The pillows were very low and felt worn out from use. No pillows provided for person sleeping on sofa bed. Check-in was very confusing it all needs to be communicated a lot more and has the wrong address on bookings.com , we asked the convenience store where we got the key and they said they are not sure where the hotel is.

Dodgy Positive: Great location if you have an event on close by. Good restaurants and shops close by with everything you need Negative: Host sent link asking for extra payments, when I queried they told me it had been approved by booking.com. Phone call to booking.com confirmed they should not have asked for extra payments. All a bit too dodgy for me, however I couldn’t cancel due to non-refundable payments. We booked for 3 people and paid over $700 for one night yet we only had 2 towels and no linen for the second ‘bed’ which was a terribly uncomfortable fold out couch where we had to sleep directly on the leather. Not enough pillow cases for the pillow cases either. I’m glad I confirmed I didn’t have to pay the extra money. Seems they’re not even using the scam to provide better coverage for guests!

Positive: The location and view Negative: The furniture was a little bit uncomfortable- okay for a 2 night stay

Maybe ok if you can put up with the Grift Positive: Didnt get to find out what the place was like Negative: The host wanted to apply hidden costs that were not disclosed at the time of booking. when i refused to pay he cancelled the booking at the last moment leaving us without accommodation. Fortunately Booking.Com provided assistance

Positive: Sofa bed for my daughter. Close to showgrounds.
