Olympic Park Oasis | 2BR + Pool, Sauna & Parking

Great location with the bonus of having a pool and gym to use. Positive: The location was suitable for our needs. The instruction manual was very useful and good to use. Access to the pools and gym was great. Carparking also great. Negative: There was no dishwasher tablets ... There was also no tea towel ... So unable to use the dishwasher, but when we washed the dishes there was no tea towel to dry them. We had to pay an extra security bond.. So I expected an amazing well maintained room.. This wasn't the case with lots of damage to walls, damage to blinds etc.. Unsure why the extra security bond was needed. The wear and tear was probably typical of the age of the property, but paying an extra bond I expected everything to be in better quality. We had paid for early check in. An hour before arrival we were told that the site would not be ready. We ended up getting the keys 30 minutes after we were supposed to but it added additional stress to the day. We also weren't issued a refund / part credit for the amount we had paid for early check in guaranteeing 12pm check in, when we didn't actually get access to the site until 12:30pm
